DELTA CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LIMITED is the Seller of Record, the supplier of the products, the shipper, and the sole contractual counterparty of the customer.

3. Scope of These Terms

3.1. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Website and the placement of orders through the Website.

3.2. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3.3. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website.

4. Role of AJDrive OÜ

4.1. AJDrive OÜ:

  • operates and maintains the Website and its technical infrastructure;

  • provides IT, platform, and payment processing services;

  • collects payments on behalf of the Seller as an authorised payment collection agent.

4.2. AJDrive OÜ:

  • is not the seller of the products;

  • does not own the products;

  • does not ship the products;

  • does not issue sales invoices to customers;

  • does not assume responsibility for product quality, delivery, returns, or warranties.

5. Products

5.1. The Website offers laboratory-grown cut diamonds (CVD diamonds).

5.2. Product descriptions, specifications, certificates (IGI/GIA), prices, and availability are provided by the Seller.

5.3. The Seller guarantees that all diamonds are laboratory-grown and properly certified.

6. Orders

6.1. By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase products from the Seller.

6.2. An order is considered accepted only when confirmed by the Seller.

6.3. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in accordance with applicable law.

7. Prices and Payments

7.1. Prices are displayed in multiple currencies and may include EUR, USD, or other currencies supported by the payment providers.

7.2. Payments are processed via third-party payment service providers, including but not limited to:

  • Revolut

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

  • Shopify Payments

  • Visa / MasterCard

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

7.3. AJDrive OÜ processes payments on behalf of the Seller.

7.4. Any currency conversion is handled by the respective payment service provider.

8. Shipping and Delivery

8.1. Products are shipped by the Seller or its logistics partners.

8.2. Shipping methods, delivery times, and costs are specified at checkout or communicated separately by the Seller.

8.3. The Seller bears responsibility for dispatch, shipping, and delivery of the products.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

9.1. All return, refund, cancellation, and warranty requests are handled exclusively by the Seller.

9.2. AJDrive OÜ does not make decisions regarding refunds or returns but may assist technically with the payment process.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1. All content on the Website (texts, graphics, logos, images) is protected by intellectual property laws.

10.2. No content may be copied or used without prior written consent of the respective rights holder.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. AJDrive OÜ shall not be liable for any losses arising from:

  • product defects;

  • delivery delays;

  • certification issues;

  • customer disputes related to products.

11.2. The Seller remains fully liable for compliance with consumer protection and sales laws.

12. Data Protection

12.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12.2. DELTA CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LIMITED acts as Data Controller.

12.3. AJDrive OÜ acts as Data Processor.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

13.2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

14. Amendments

14.2. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
